Travel fee Policy
Our travel fee is $60, but it is only applied under certain conditions:
If your event location is more than 30 minutes away, we require a minimum 2-hour booking, but no travel fee will be applied.
For locations 45+ minutes away, a minimum 2-hour booking is required, along with a $60 travel fee.
Unfortunately, we do not service locations that are more than 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
Deposit Refund & Event date Policy
We require a $70 deposit to secure your event date. Deposits can be made through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Apple pay or PayPal. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule, we offer the option to transfer your deposit to a later available date that works best for you. No additional deposit will be required unless the date is changes more than twice.
When requesting an event date change, please note that your preferred date may or may not be available. If we are able to accommodate your rescheduled event, the pony's decorations and colors may differ from your original request based on availability.
